in a iced filled shaker add vanilla vodka, spiced rum, and Dulce de Leche. Shake it up and strain into a chilled martini glass. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and add a Cinnamon Stick.
Dulce de Leche!!
If you can't find a pre-made Dulce de Leche it's really easy to make.
1 can sweetened condensed milk (That's the whole Enchilada so to speak)
Use a can opener to poke 2 holes in the top of can (opposite sides), These holes are very important because without them your can will explode!!!
Put the can in a pot and fill the pot with water until the water level is around 1 inch from the top of the can
Put the pot on the top of the stove and turn the heat up until the water begins to simmer.
Let the can simmer for about 2 hrs to 4 hrs, depending on whether you want your dulce de leche to be liquid or solid. Check the pot frequently to make sure all the water doesn't boil away. Keep adding water as needed to keep it at about an inch from the top of the can.
We want it liquid so more like 2 1/2 hrs.
Remove can from water and open.
Stir it up a little
Add two ounces of it to drink
