Mike's Pina Colada
                                                                   

Ingredients:
2 oz WHITE RUM. suggested,more if you like.
1 oz COCONUT CREAM. and again more if you like.
3 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE.
1 tsp SUGAR white.
1 tsp CREAM not the heavy stuff.

Directions:
MIX IN A SHAKER and POUR.

GREAT STUFF !! ALL THE BEST.

I used "Coco Real" for the coconut cream but any coconut cream is fine.
I garnished it with a strawberry and a flower from my garden. You can use anything you like.
