Susie's Smooth and Silky Sipping Tequila
Cut the top and skin off the pineapple.
Remove core and discard.
Chop the rest of the pineapple into chunks and put in bottle.
Combine the sugar and Tequila in a pitcher until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add vanilla and mix it all up and pour into the bottle.
Let the Tequila stand for at least one week before drinking.
Gently turn bottle over once a day to stir up contents.
After a week, you'll have a great sipping Tequila.
