1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Passoa Liqueur (a red liqueur made from passion fruit and citrus)
1/2 oz Cointreau
Guava Syrup (to taste)
Directions: In a shaker (with ice) add ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour all the contents of the shaker including the ice into a bucket glass. Garnish with cherry and slice of pineapple.
Mamacita (Coral Princess style):
Ingredients: Coconut Rum, Brandy, Pina Colada mix, Pineapple and Grenadine.
1 oz Coconut Rum,
1 oz Brandy
2 oz pina colada mix
2 oz pineapple
Grenadine (to taste)
Directions: In a blender add all the ingredients. Blend with some ice until thick and smooth. Pour into a pint glass and garnish with pineapple slice and a cherry
